Fact: The Best Time to Take Outdoor Portraits is Now

I've been shooting images for 20 years. And realistically speaking, the best time to go make outdoor portraits is now. Has someone said that the light isn't good? Well then modify the scene that you're in by finding shadows or visually appealing bits of light. But anyone that says that you can't make good portraits under harsh light is wrong: there are totally ways to do it as long as you're creative about it.
